2023 West ISD graduates Hannah Vicars and Gavin Busby receive the very first Slim Hand Music Foundation scholarships in the amount of $1000 each. Hannah will be attending Baylor University and Gavin will be attending McLennan Community College, both universities are located in Waco, TX. Pictured with them is long time best friend of James Hand, Mr. Bill Crawshaw who presented the awards on Scholarship Night for the West ISD school district. Congratulations to both recipients!!
